X7 Hockey — Cancellation & Refund Policy All registrations and fees paid to X7 Hockey are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to medical, personal, scheduling conflicts, or relocation. By registering, the Customer (and anyone paying on their behalf) assumes all risk for force majeure events, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, labor disputes, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government or health authorities (including but not limited to infectious diseases such as COVID-19 or similar), curtailment of transportation facilities, facility closures, ice availability issues, or any other occurrence beyond the reasonable control of X7 Hockey that prevents X7 Hockey from operating its programs at the originally scheduled facilities, or makes it illegal, impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable to conduct such programs. In the event of any such occurrence: X7 Hockey will not return any fees paid X7 Hockey will not return any unused deposits X7 Hockey will not issue any refunds or credits toward future programs All fees, payments, and deposits are forfeited to X7 Hockey without recourse. X7 Hockey reserves the right to modify schedules, session times, coaching staff, and facility locations as needed throughout the program. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund or credit. By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in its entirety.
